When you use the services of Indy Real Estate Photos, you will be provided with a link to the IndyRealEstatePhotos.com web site where the property will be presented in a high quality slideshow with larger, high resolution photos for the duration of the listing, which you can link to from your site or the web address can simply be provided to a prospective client.

When you are talking to a potential client about listing their home and they ask about photos or how you intend to market their property, what is your response?

Do you say, “well, when you sign this listing agreement, I will get the camera from my car and we can walk around and get some quick shots” (while hoping that the batteries in the camera aren’t dead)

Or will you say, “I will have a professional photographer contact you to take photos so that we can visually present your home in the best way possible.”  “I have discovered that the handouts and brochures turn out so much better when you have great photos to work with.”  The agent that can tell a prospective client that they only use experts to take photos of their properties is more likely to get the listing than someone who doesn't.

"When a client lists their property with a real estate professional, it is reasonable to assume that they expect professional marketing efforts...."

Or, as a RE agent or homeowner, which scenario presents the best opportunity to make contact with a serious prospect?

Prospect A
Visits agent web site

Searches online and finds an affordable home matching their interests but there are no photos posted at the time because the listing agent won't be able to get them until next week

Prospect B
Visits agent web site
Searches and finds an affordable home matching their interests and there are 12 hi-quality photos of the property taken by a professional RE photographer along with a link to a web page with even more, larger and much better photos of the property.

Prospect C
Visits agent web site
Searches and finds an affordable home matching their interests and there is one photo of the front exterior and one of the great room taken with a pocket camera

As an agent, which prospective home buyer would you be most interested in showing this home to?

A prospect who hasn't seen even one photo of the home (A), only a couple of photos (C), or the prospect who has nearly visited the home once already by viewing 12 photos covering the interior and exterior with the home's most outstanding characteristics clearly presented?

Clearly the answer is B. You will save time by providing the best visual information possible to the prospects online before the showing.  And by linking to a photography web site, the prospect can view additional  photos at hi resolution the MLS and at no additional expense that you might have had with brochures or CD's.
