It depends on how the photos will ultimately be utilized. If only 10 or 12 MLS photos are necessary then you can allocate an hour or less.If the photos will be used in printed material or for hi-res web purposes or if the rooms are unusually large, at least 1.5-2.0 hours will be required.
Do I have to be present?
You may but it is not necessary. We will discuss with you what views that you prefer then we will make arrangements with the homeowner to get the photos.
Do you create slideshows and "virtual tours?"
Yes. There are many options available including the popular single property website where the property will have its own dedicated site for the duration of the listing.
Will you measure rooms?
Yes. A room measurement form will be completed and emailed or faxed to you with a nominal charge.
How do I pay for the services?
There is no payment required until you view and approve of the photos. The photos will then be uploaded at the size you specify or delivered to you on a CD.
Cash, credit cards via Paypal, personal and business checks are accepted.
Will you shoot during an open house or showing?
Yes
Are there travel charges?
Yes but for only for locations outside of Indianapolis there is a .40/mile additional charge.
Will you do other types of photography?
Yes. We do mostly architectural but will shoot events, resume/profiles and “head shots” for realtors and other businesses.
